What we collect. When you use Forge, our matching assistant, or a form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email and the situation you describe) so we can match you to suitable licensed credit advisers or accredited financial counsellors.
How we use it. We use your details only to provide the matching service — to understand your situation and make introductions to the people you are matched with, with your go-ahead.
Sharing. We share your enquiry with the matched adviser or financial counsellor only when you proceed. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
